This week, Ash Wednesday No Meeting

Wednesday, March 1st: Ash Wednesday (No Meeting)

*Every person between the age of 18 and 59 (your 59th birthday begins your 60th year) must fast on Ash Wednesday and Good Friday.

* Every person 14 years of age or older must abstain from meat (and items made with meat) on Ash Wednesday, Good Friday, and all the Fridays of Lent.

Wednesday, March 8th: We will be starting our Lenten Weekly Holy Hours followed by the Fourth Episode of Fr. Barron’s Catholicism series. Holy Hour starts in the Church at 7pm.

Wednesday, March 15th: We will continue our Lenten Weekly Holy Hours followed by the Fifth Episode of Fr. Barron’s Catholicism series on Peter, Paul and Missionary Adventure. Holy Hour starts in the Church at 7pm.

Monday, March 20th: Young Adults will host a Catholic Trivia Night for the entire parish. Please ask Katie at our next meeting to participate or help out. Keep a look out for more information.

Wednesday, March 22nd: We will be continuing our Lenten Weekly Holy Hours followed by the Sixth Episode of Fr. Barron’s Catholicism series on Christ and the Church. Holy Hour starts in the Church at 7pm.

Wednesday, March 29th: We will be continuing our Lenten Weekly Holy Hours followed by the Seventh Episode of Fr. Barron’s Catholicism Series on The Mystery of the Liturgy and the Eucharist. Holy Hour starts in the Church at 7pm.

Wednesday, April 5th: We will be continuing our Lenten Weekly Holy Hours followed by the Eighth Episode of Fr. Barron’s Catholicism Series on the Communion of Saints. Holy Hour starts in the Church at 7pm.

Wednesday, April 12th: Young Adults will be hosting a parish wide watching of Jeopardy, to watch our own Trevor Mahoney on the show. Meet at 7:00pm in O’Brien Hall in the Parish Center (1126 South 6th Street). More information to follow.

Wednesday, February 8th: We will be joining LYC for Pub Night to hear Fr. Michael Wimsatt the Archdiocese Vocation director speak on “The life and focus of Blessed John Henry Newman, a convert from the Church of England who focused his ministry on young adults.” 7pm at Saints Pub (131 Breckenridge Ln).

Wednesday, March 1st: Ash Wednesday (No Meeting).  Masses are at St. Louis Bertrand at 7am, 12pm (noon), and 5:15pm.

*Every person between the age of 18 and 59 (your 59th birthday begins your 60th year) must fast on Ash Wednesday and Good Friday (fasting is one full meal with two smaller collations).
* Every person 14 years of age or older must abstain from meat (and items made with meat) on Ash Wednesday, Good Friday, and all the Fridays of Lent.
